During everyday life people quite often encounter others and are expected to interact socially. A handshake or brief conversation can seem relatively harmless, but in essence provides a firm first impression of another person.

Often people are judged based on a first impression. A cold, wet, clammy handshake can sometimes be perceived as a sign of insecurity or uneasiness. During this period I also stopped dating and stayed at home a lot.  I had to take two showers a day and applied antiperspirants multiple times a day.  Nothing worked.
